Steering for Steer Friends is our annual fundraiser bringing together car enthusiasts, families, and community partners to raise funds for individuals with developmental disabilities and complex care needs.
Steer Friends provides day programming for members living with cerebral palsy, autism, seizure disorders, and other complex challenges — offering structure, connection, and a place to belong.

EVENT DETAILS
The 2026 Steering for Steer Friends Automotive Festival takes place on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the Stouffville Athletic Centre — 45 Innovator Avenue, Stouffville, ON.
VEHICLE REGISTRATION
Yes — pre-registration is highly encouraged for all show vehicles to help us plan placements and event logistics. You can register online right here on this page.
Limited day-of vehicle registration may be available if space remains. However, priority placement and access will be given to vehicles that have pre-registered in advance. We strongly encourage all participants to register ahead of time.
Indoor registered vehicles are highly encouraged to arrive on Friday, June 12 between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If you are unable to attend Friday setup, indoor vehicles will be assigned dedicated roll-in times on Saturday, June 13. Each registrant will receive their exact roll-in time individually by June 5, 2026.
If your vehicle is arriving by trailer, please notify event organizers ahead of time so we can help identify appropriate trailer parking areas.
Indoor placements are organized by the event team to ensure the best overall layout and flow of the show. Specific details and placement instructions will be shared closer to the event date.
For safety reasons and to help maintain the event experience, indoor registered vehicles cannot leave before 4:00 PM. Outdoor vehicles are strongly encouraged to remain on-site until the event concludes at 4:00 PM unless otherwise approved by event organizers.
Yes! Participants are welcome to register multiple vehicles, subject to space availability.
Yes — awards, sponsor selections, and prize giveaways will take place throughout the day. More details will be announced closer to the event.
SPECTATOR INFORMATION
Admission for the public is free. However, donations to Steer Friends are greatly appreciated and help support programs for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
Spectator parking will be available at: Stouffville Pentecostal Church (189 Sandiford Road), Royal Canadian Legion – Stouffville Branch (150 Mostar Street), and additional lots at 30, 38, 50, and 70 Innovator Avenue. Please follow event signage and volunteer directions upon arrival.
The event is open to the public from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 13, 2026.
Public access begins at 11:00 AM. Earlier access is reserved for registered vehicles, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and event staff during setup.
FOOD & ENTERTAINMENT
Absolutely! We'll have several amazing food vendors on-site offering hamburgers & hot dogs, pizza, donuts, ice cream, and more!
Yes! The event is designed for all ages and includes a dedicated KidZone area.
We're excited to welcome V103 and Hot Country 88.5 — both will be live on location throughout the event.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
The event will run rain or shine. Indoor attractions and displays will still be available regardless of weather conditions.
Friendly, well-behaved pets on leash are welcome outdoors. Please ensure pets remain under control and cleaned up after at all times.
Donations made directly to Steer Friends may be eligible for a charitable tax receipt in accordance with CRA guidelines.
All proceeds from the event support Steer Friends, a Stouffville-based organization providing programs and support for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
